In the aftermath of hurricane Katrina, Adam Markowitz PT ’97 selected nine pianos from his inventory and drove them to New Orleans accompanied by his dog Walter. Film directors Gillian Farrell and Ana Beinhart accompanied Markowitz and the resulting film, 9 Pianos, premiered at the Woodstock Film Festival in September.
