Being Thankful
Students, faculty and staff at North Bennet Street School are thankful for family, friends, the NBSS community and the time they have to study and practice what they love.
“I am thankful for being surrounded by such awesome people every day,” says Chris, a cabinet and furniture making student.
“I am thankful for family, friends and teachers and the time to study piano technology,” says Lauren, an advanced piano technology student.
“I am thankful for my family and being able to work in this amazing jewelry shop,” says Max, a jewelry making and repair student.
“I am thankful that I live with two loving and funny boys and that I get to come to an interesting and challenging job every day,” says Claire Fruitman, NBSS provost.
“I am thankful for finding a school that teaches something useful,” says Jake, a locksmithing and security technology student.
“I am thankful for coming to NBSS from Brazil via New Jersey,” says Lucas, a preservation carpentry student.
“I am thankful for my healthy baby and overjoyed to be back at NBSS as a teacher,” says Emily Townsend, a piano technology graduate and now part-time instructor.
“I am thankful for my friends and for the incredible wisdom of NBSS instructors,” says Taima, a cabinet and furniture making student
