Building Update for North Street

Demolition at the new building site on North Street has begun. This involves making the work-site safe for contractors and subcontractors and removing old mechanical systems and hazardous materials. The design is in the final stages of development and was recently approved by the Boston Redevelopment Authority. The drawing above shows the facade with the new link structure, was recently submitted for the building permit and construction is scheduled to begin this month.

The Under One Roof capital campaign to fund the project has raised $11.9 million, 79% of the $15 million goal. Learn more about the campaign.
